What we collect
When you use the project intake, we collect the business-process details and contact information you choose to provide. We also record basic attribution, consent, delivery status, and security metadata. We do not intentionally request passwords, financial account numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive data.
How we use it
We use intake information to organize your project brief, assess whether the work matches our services, respond to your inquiry, protect the service from abuse, and improve the intake experience. Qualification is based on application rules and human review—not an AI decision.
Submitted lead records are scheduled for deletion after 365 days unless a longer relationship or legal obligation requires different handling.
Service providers
The site uses Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage, email delivery, security, and one bounded Amazon Bedrock model request. Contact information is excluded from the model request. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies, and intake details are never sent to Google.
Your choices
You may decline analytics without affecting the site. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your inquiry by emailing hello@processtoproduction.com.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encryption, rate limits, and logging practices designed to limit exposure. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Material changes to this policy will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
